Students graduating from NWT schools require the scientific and technological knowledge and skills that will enable them to be productive members of society. Learning about science provides a framework for students to understand and interpret the world around them.
The Department of Infrastructure has created ready-to-use lessons for teachers that highlight topics surrounding energy in the NWT. Each lesson aligns with curricular outcomes from Experiential Science 10, 20, and 30. The lessons and materials are listed below.
