Description: 
Le Programme de soutien à l’inclusion et à la participation des enfants (PSIPE) aide les enfants ayant des besoins divers, comme ceux qui sont vulnérables ou qui ont des besoins développementaux particuliers, à profiter pleinement des services d’éducation et de garde des jeunes enfants de leur collectivité. Administré par le ministère de l’Éducation, de la Culture et de la Formation (MÉCF), le PSIPE offre aux candidats admissibles un soutien financier pour réduire ou éliminer les obstacles aux services d’éducation et de garde pour les enfants de 0 à 6 ans.

Description: 
The Supporting Child Inclusion and Participation (SCIP) Funding Program helps children with diverse needs, who are vulnerable or with specific developmental needs, to fully participate in early learning and child care programs in their community. Administered by the Department of Education, Culture and Employment (ECE), SCIP provides eligible applicants with financial support to reduce or eliminate barriers to early learning for children birth to 6 years of age.

Depuis 2017, l’investissement des TNO dans les services d’éducation et de garde des jeunes enfants a augmenté grâce à un financement fédéral continu visant à améliorer la qualité des garderies agréées ainsi que l’accès à ces services, notamment par la création de nouvelles places en garderie, la bonification du financement versé aux garderies agréées existantes, le perfectionnement professionnel des éducateurs de la petite enfance et les programmes postsecondaires ténois d’éducation à la petite enfance.
