If you receive payments for Income Assistance, the Senior Home Heating Subsidy by cheque, please reach out to make alternate arrangements. You can:

• Sign up for direct deposit

• Pick up your cheque from your local ECE service centre or

• Contact your Client Navigator to learn about other options.

If you already receive direct deposit your payments will not be affected by Canada Post service disruptions. 

Student Financial Assistance

If you receive payments for Student Financial Assistance by cheque, please reach out to make alternate arrangements. You can:
