Anticipated Outcome
Au cours de la phase 1 de la transformation, le GTNO et le Collège Aurora ont publié le Plan stratégique 2020-2023 du Collège Aurora. Ce document comprend les nouvelles ambitions du Collège, qui orienteront sa transformation vers le statut d’université polytechnique.
Un autre plan triennal sera publié en 2023, et à partir de 2026, l’université polytechnique adoptera une planification stratégique quinquennale.

Anticipated Outcome
Through a working group created during phase 1 of transformation, a balanced score card was developed that will keep the institution on track, linking its activities to its goals in a way that shows which have been successful and which need more work. This work will be led by Aurora College on an ongoing basis.
