During phase 1 of transformation, the GNWT will release an Implementation Plan that lays all of the tasks required to transform Aurora College into a polytechnic university, ensuring that the right changes are made in the right order and at the right time.

Tracking Progress

Commitments identified early on in transformation, as well as other critical work in the transformation process are identified on this page. As transformation progresses, these commitments are tracked and reported here.

Success of the transformation depends on the work being completed in the right order and at the right time. As overall planning for the establishment of a polytechnic university advances, milestones may be added and/or descriptions and dates may be revised.
