Effective May 22, 2020 individuals requiring assistance with their Application for Full-time Student Financial Assistance or Application for Loan Repayment Incentives can request a call-back from a Student Case Officer (SCO) or Finance Officer (FO) who will provide assistance by telephone.  This service is being offered to assist students who may have questions related to their application, or students who may not have adequate internet or technology access.

Please read and complete this form carefully. Failure to do so may result in a delay in processing your call-back request.

If you require assistance with your Application for Full-time Student Financial Assistance for the 2021-2022 academic year, please select the SCO Call-back option below. The deadline to apply for the 2021-2022 academic year is June 30, 2021. 

Late applications are accepted, but payment is not guaranteed for the start of the semester.
