In the attached survey you will find questions about the governance, operations, program management, student recruitment and retention, and the accountability of Aurora College (College). We know that the College is important to Northerners and we want you to tell us how you think the College is currently doing in these areas. Public input will be received until January 19, 2018.
Once we have heard from Northwest Territories (NWT) residents and interested groups, as well as evaluated data and best practices of similar postsecondary institutions, a Review by an independent contractor will provide the Government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT) with the findings and recommendations. This Review and its recommendations will provide the GNWT and Aurora College with the information to make evidence-based decisions and set the right direction for the College going forward.
In addition to this survey, the GNWT engagement also includes groups associated with the College, Aboriginal Governments and Organizations, other learning institutes, organizations representing major areas of employment, GNWT and College staff and students, and other key stakeholders.
