Framework for Student Success in the NWT
The Framework for Student
Success is part of our vision of
Northern people leading
fulfilled lives and contributing to a strong and prosperous society.
The framework outlines the initiatives that are in place to support
the educational and developmental needs of children and youth in the
Northwest Territories.
The NWT Student Success Initiative (NWT SSI) was
implemented in NWT school jurisdictions beginning in the 2002/2003
school year. The NWT SSI Administrative Handbook and User Guide,
prepared for the 2007-2008 school year, provide the NWT SSI program
and implementation details.
