How does Borrow by Mail work?

• Decide what books and other things you want to borrow.

• Contact NWT Public Library Services and tell them what you want to borrow. 

• Receive the books and other things through the mail – free.

• Check the date that you need to send them back.

• Use the free shipping label to mail things back to the library.

• Borrow more things.

What can I borrow?

Borrow up to 5 things at one time - 3 things on the same topic

• Books

• Audio books

• CDs

• DVDs

• Videos

• Specific titles or authors

• Information about a certain topic – such as travelling to China, training dogs, or how to make a drum.
